Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or deposit, as applicable. Prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request subject to availability and an additional fee. Valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.

3. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your check-in date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged the full first night's rate. No-show reservations will be charged the full booking amount.

4. Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, bank transfers, and local payment methods via Paystack and Flutterwave. All transactions are secured by industry-standard encryption.

5. Hotel Rules

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and most public areas. Pets are not permitted. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

6. Liability

Grand Azure Hotel accepts no liability for loss or damage to guest property unless caused by our negligence. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
